Days of Love at Seagull Villa, Vol. 1

After her fiancé leaves her for another woman, Mayumi moves to the countryside hoping to begin again. Her new landlord, Rin, makes the transition less peaceful than she expected. Loud, assertive and difficult to ignore, Rin seems determined to involve herself in Mayumi's life. As the two spend more time together, Mayumi begins to understand the experiences behind that manner. Rin is raising a young child alone after a major loss, and daily life places demands on her that are not immediately visible. Their growing reliance on each other creates a connection that neither can easily keep within the boundaries of an ordinary tenancy.
