Ancient Ruins

Sistina wakes after thousands of years with only fragments of memory and an ancient ruined city around her. Her new existence does not remain separate from the world's conflicts for long. Rescuing a princess from enslavement brings her into a war involving two elven nations and the kingdom of Kelvanis. The forgotten knowledge within her domain makes it valuable to people seeking protection as well as those pursuing power. Sistina's surroundings become a place of refuge and defence while she begins to consider what another life might hold. This dark fantasy follows her entry into a violent struggle alongside the possibility of finding love after an almost unimaginable period of isolation.
